Our first Friday Night Lights is in the books! ✨ We had a bit of a music mishap when they accidentally played the wrong (old) version of the music instead of the version I had uploaded for this show. We had changed some of the choreography and music of the freestyle in the middle so I didn't know they were playing the wrong music until half way through, at which point I had to stop because I had to stick with my choreography on the floor plan i submitted and so I needed my correct music. I am very thankful to the judges and management who worked so swiftly to correct the error and allow us to start over and compete with the correct music! 🎶 I am very proud of Helix for handling it all so well, which was a lot to adjust to, especially for a horse that likes a carefully rehearsed routine. He still pulled off a 77% for 🥈 and was the highest placed 🇺🇸 horse. Thank you to everyone in team Helix for being there to cheer us on! 🥰
