We are looking to add one groom to our team starting November. We are a high performance dressage barn with a focus on developing horses and riders for international competition and fostering a supportive team environment. 🙌 Winters in Wellington Florida and summers in Denver Colorado. Great team, top horses, and exciting environment. Position available for seasonal help during Florida season (Nov-May) or full time position as a W-2 salaried employee. Housing or housing stipend available. Good horse handling skills are a must, but we are happy to teach the specifics of the job to someone who is eager to learn. Come join our team!

Fall is my favorite time of year with the horses… ☀️ 🍁 Not only because of the beautiful weather but because it’s a time to get to relax and reflect upon everything that the horses accomplished this year and start to get excited about what the future holds. All of our major championships are done for the year and we can now focus on the fun of introducing some new work and moving the young horses up to the next level, as well as continually striving to improve and grow our partnerships with our Grand Prix horses.
